Black bean beef stir-fry with garlic, chilli and rice stick noodles
Flat Ribbon Noodles
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients required for this recipe:
400g rump steak, trimmed and finely sliced
5 tablespoons Black Bean Sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 fresh chillies, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons oil
400g pack Trident Flat Ribbon Noodles
1 medium onion, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 each red and green capsicum, finely sliced
1 tablespoon Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
Marinate beef for 10 minutes with Trident Stir-Fry Black Bean Sauce and soy sauce.
(Optional) To loosen noodles, stand in a bowl of boiling for a couple of minutes. Drain. Alternatively add straight from the pack into the stir-fry after the veges, making sure to heat through.
Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry capsicum, onion, and zucchini for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove to a plate.
Stir-fry beef, garlic and chilli for 1 1/2 minutes.
Then add the stir-fried vegetables, Trident Flat Ribbon Noodles and Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce. Salt to taste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve.
