  • 425g Can Trident Asparagus Spears
  • 250g Shaved bacon
Instructions
  1. Drain asparagus well on paper towel to remove moisture, toss in olive oil and freshly ground black pepper, arrange in bunches of 5
  2. Wrap the bacon around the middle of the asparagus bunches
  3. Bake in oven at 200’ on lined oven tray or grill on BBQ for 12 to 15 minutes, turning throughout so that the bacon crisps evenly on all sides Transfer to platter and serve
