- Whisk all the sauce ingredients together (soy sauce, water, oil, honey, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, chilli, hoisin and peanut butter (if using) Marinade the pork in the sauce overnight.
- Stir-fry pork in non-stick fry pan or wok over medium heat until browned on the outside.
